Pros

Friendly people, excellent location. Managers are so nice. It was a great stepping stone and eyeopening to see if this was the type of career I was a good fit for.

Cons

Very stressful. Too much is asked of employees with very little training. And very little room for growth. If you do your job well, more responsibility is thrown into you without being asked.

PTO accrual is very nice, work atmosphere is good for most part, compensation plan can be very good, flex time is good as well

Cons

Hours can be tough if you have a family, working weekends and holidays are not for everyone. Lack of good management at the top levels is disappointing. Lower management has no say in very much.
