Pros

Night shift sometimes was very slow barely any calls Sometimes fun people to work with Sometimes fun stories you can get out of talking to crazy customers

Cons

Low pay for what you do Management does not help and picks favorites to get away with stuff High-stress high call volume and angry customers. They want you to follow a script exactly how it is and sometimes it upsets the customers when you ask too many questions Dead-end call center job.

Pros

A lots of positive reinforcements. Learned a lot about membership.

Cons

Too all over the place. Learn so many valuable skills, yet you get nip picked for the most rudimentary actions. Also some new technology is more harder than previous. New is suppose to be easier.

Pros

Overall it's a great place to start your career and find balance in the long term. But if you're looking to advance your career quickly and want a place that prioritizes innovation, then consider the cons in my review. - Decent work-life balance - Slow-paced work - Overall good people - High employee retention - Great 401k match

Cons

- Minimal salary growth opportunities (by a small percentage each year) - Required to return to the office for the "culture" (hybrid) - Minimal PTO. You earn more when you work there longer - Lack of diversity in higher paid AND leadership positions. They attempt to improve DEI, but as of now, it's more performative - There's also a lack of age diversity in the company - Lack of forward-thinking and project innovation. They are behind in the marketing world - Many rules and regulations to follow and long processes, which is understandable, but this could prevent great project ideas from moving forward - You don't get too much autonomy, which may not be the best environment for self-starter (slight micro-management)
