Pros

Tough to find anything positive.

Cons

Super cheap company that’s behind the times. Small, cramped, and loud offices with no remote or hybrid options. Terrible pay and outrageous cost for benefits. Handful of agents do well but the majority struggle. High turnover and always reducing your pay and amount of commission you can make.

AAA doesn't care if you have emergencies, you'll still be fired.

Pros

Beautiful place to work. The environment feels professional and the Café had plenty of options. Every person I've interacted with had a great personality and approachable.

Cons

Near the end of my employment, the client I worked for demanded stricter percentages with constant change to how these percentages are scored. We work remotely since COVID and In that time, my family became ill twice within the year with only me to tend to them. This was explained to the Sups but it didn’t change their 3-strikes policy. Managing their care, keeping up with the latest changes to how we are gradedfor out calls, and my personal health, I was completely burnt out by the second time they were sick. I was on my final warning and I came into work late, still trying to recover when they fired me. To also tell me I cannot work for a different account with AAA even though they knew the emergencies I was having and knew I was exhausted because of them. The message I got, if you are a person with a family, AAA doesn't care. Either meet the demands of the client, regardless of how oddly they change, or you can't work with AAA at all. Doesn't matter what emergencies come up. If your single, I'm sure you'll be fine.
