Pros

Jobs provide opportunities to interact with direct colleagues and members fostering relationships and a sense of community.

Cons

The morale is very low. You will be promised web leads and Branch referrals and neither promise will be met. In fact you'll be asked to cold call about 100 members a day. Initially you will feel as though you made the right choice, but the culture is such that many of your colleagues will have low morale, decreased motivation and lack of job satisfaction. When you have top producers resign that speaks volumes about the culture.

Pros

Benefits are good and affordable

Cons

Finance department culture is awful. No appreciation for anyone. Leaders are terrible. Just like to make ceo happy. Also HR business partner in New York is a jerk and penalizes employees for his own stats. Pushes employees into performances plans while their managers don’t agree with it.
