Pros

I can’t really think of any pros except they allow working from home, at which time you become a prisoner within your own home.

Cons

Micromanaging (yes you need to message them if you need to use the bathroom in your own home before you can), no support, terrible HR administration, out of pocket costs for benefits are high, they do not practice what they preach in their training videos - you cannot go to the supervisor for grievances on bullying and cliques - they do not care., training was terribly handled, information was taught incorrectly, if at all. Overall, not a good company due to their internal mishaps and the egos of management team.

Co-workers are great and small office is nice.

Cons

Management does not recognize or promote from within. They would rather hire from outside, train, and then mid-management leaves for better opportunities.
