      Pros

      AAA has been a great place to work - job stability, excellent benefits, awesome management and coworkers. I also enjoy the hybrid work schedule, newly renovated office and the employee events.

      Cons

      It's been a great experience - no cons.

      Pros

      AAA Northeast is an employee and customer (member) focused organization that cares about the community, safety, stability, and culture. There's opportunity for training, growth, and development for everyone at every stage of the organization.

      Cons

      Not many downsides, but if/when there are, the leadership is happy to review and track it for improvements in the future.

      Something For Everyone at a Company That Cares

      Pros

      1. Awesome Co-Workers 2. Options to grow with your interests since AAA has many different areas of business 3. Great work-life balance 4. Spread throughout the Northeast, so you can possibly move and not have to find a new job if you are still living in the Northeast

      Cons

      Company probably has more initial career opportunities for people with at least a BA. However, if you get a job at AAA without a BA, you can still advance but likely need to put in more time to show your stuff. This is probably true at a lot of companies though.
