Pros

Some people who are sticking it out who are honest, hard working, sincere, benefits are good. Good starting employment, not for people who have had real professional jobs.

Cons

HR replies that they want to hear from you. It's all smoke and mirrors. The problems are known and have been. They are afraid of their jobs, bottom line. People have been leaving as management states they are working to retain employees. Someone leaves, the actual reasons are buried. It is not the best place to work, most awards are bought and paid for, do the research...

We are sorry to hear your view of our organization; it is painful to read. We pride ourselves in responding to employee questions and concerns and work with them as we continually make investments in our talent. Any "Best Place to Work" awards are earned predominantly through our employees' voices via anonymous surveys managed through third-party organizations. Pros

President has brought company into the 21st century with some of his changes like jeans on Friday's, 3 week's vacation, improved benefits.

Cons

I have never seen an organization so political in my life. If you are not a favorite, you are going nowhere in this organization. Also, the job I was hired for was not the job I performed. If they had competition, they would be out of business.
