AAA Northeast is a member organization and a great company to work for. The senior management treats employees with respect, and values their employees and their members. They have a great culture of inclusion. Benefits and salary are very good. Potential for growth is excellent, good tuition reimbursement program.

Cons

Systems and technology could be improved but the company continuously works on improving systems.

Pros

One of the biggest Pros are the people and the technology available to us. All employees work nicely together in order to achieve the ultimate goal of assisting our members. The company promotes from within and recognizes and encourages individual input from all employees.

Cons

Sorry, I couldn't come up with any Cons. I have been with AAA for close to 30 years. They have so much to offer those new to the job market or those with experience. The opportunity are almost endless.
