Treated like machinery with low pay and high demands

I don't really have anything to say here but the minimum required.

Cons

Treat people like they are machinery, everyone is replaceable. Over worked and underpayed. It's your fault when people don't read their insurance policies and know how they work.

Hybrid schedule, but toxic culture and lack of support

Pros

Hybrid work schedule was nice.

Cons

Women, especially young women do NOT work here. There is a boy's club who defends/covers one another and limits the growth of female employees. Job opportunities are extremely limited, with promotion based on apon your ability to socialize within the company. Training is little to nonexistent, and every mistake you make is going to be brought up, even if it were months if not years ago. Lock your items when you are away, coworkers have gone through my backpack and drawers when I was not present. In meetings use the ai tool to take notes, even if the meeting is in person. Document everything, careful what you say, and do NOT trust HR.
