Pros

Nice location. Great local restaurants. Walking distance to public transportation. Located in Old City. Most people are good. Morale has gone down hill. Good pay.

Cons

Demoralizing environment. Not sure who runs the show. Revolving door. Rumor has it they will pay you off to leave quietly. NO work at home/family life balance. Treat employees like the professionals they are. An employee was fired because he did not say hello to the CEO on the elevator, hope he sues. No perks what so ever. You start with 2 weeks vacation, that is so 1970.
