Pros

-Maintaining flexibility in the hybrid schedule -more generous 403b contribution than most companies

Cons

The consistently negative reviews throughout the years should probably be heeded. The culture is poor and grim. Expectations are unclear, new guidelines are often talked about but not delivered, and performance is measured in frankly insulting metrics. Upper management could also work on how they speak to people. It doesn’t take much effort to be polite, and condescension only makes a negative experience that much worse. Some staff are great at trying to make people feel their time here actually matters and is impactful, but I don’t think they are in the majority.
