Pros

Very nice people to work with on the level below management

Cons

Management is "corporate" to the point of being pathological. They dehumanize employees at every opportunity. The CEO has turned the organization into her own vanity project and lost all perspective on what makes the actual organization run. Management, especially at the top, think they motivate people by fear, but in reality the people under them pity them for how empty their lives are.

Pros

Learning about cancer science is fun. Good for entry level jobs.

Cons

No room for growth. Management micromanages. CEO is the devil and will eat your soul. No flex time. No raises or bonuses. Limited national holidays. General feeling of disappointment and bad moral. Lazy senior management.
