learn about modern transmissions. Able to work on most car makes. More transmissions Transmissions Trans Tranny More tranmissions Closed on Sundays

Cons

No health care, No training, incompetent pay, outdated equipment, they will overwork you, no bonuses, they will pull you from job to job to make you more profitable. Be Aware!

Enjoyed everyday working for AAMCO. I had a wonderful Boss/owner. But it was a partnership ownership. The other partner was old school and didn't care too much for women

Cons

Like with any job, battle of the fit's. Gender basis. Male mentality. It just gets old After a while . Always trying to prove yourself to people who refuse to look. Sad

The only pro I had was that every time we got mad with our boss he would buy us something to keep us happy and that wasn't really a pro because after that he would treat us like crap again.

Cons

Horrible pay They made me work like a animal They did not have no respect for the Technicians Doing computer classes to get a higher pay grade and they would give a raise 50 cents
