Mechanics were nice to work with

6 day work weak. No benifets or medical coverage. Out dated equipment. Broken lifts. On COD with most part stores because of not paying bills.

Cons

Mechanics pay is split into both flat rate and commission. You have to rely on managers to provide each job in order to make commission off of each job.
