Pros
AAON is a large company. So it has a lot of diversity, culture and creativity. We are well taken care of at AAON, and the CEO has direct control over the operations of his business. You can be sure the people who are hired have sufficient qualification for their job position.
Cons
Because AAON is large, it has many departments and makes communication among departments challenging and often confusing. As a temporary employee, I do not have a close parking spot. So I walk five minutes twice a day to get to my car.
