      Pros

      New and emerging ideas that allow both employees and customers to experience the best in products and services. The office dynamic is positive and collaborative with both long-time, experienced personnel as well as new team members - all willing to work together.

      Cons

      Difficult to quantify just yet; time will tell.

      Pros

      I've been at AAPC for less than a year now. I moved here from out of state for the job and so far, it's been WELL worth the move. The people here are incredibly friendly, hard working, professional and driven. The passion they all have towards the company is contagious. There is a real team spirt here that seems to come in part from believing in the work and in part from how the company really involves everyone in communicating the company goals and how each team helps us reach these goals. They have a great bonus program and everyone is well compensated. Being in an environment where everyone seems to love their job is such a refreshing change from the corporate norm. AAPC has a great product and is growing incredibly fast, year after year. I feel very lucky to be a part of that.

      The cubes could be a little bigger.

      A great company rapidly becoming an outstanding company.

      Pros

      Bevan is a CEO who knows this market and is passionate about growing the company. He's hired some great executives to help him along, and bringing best practices to my role has seen real results already. Pay is competitive and if you bring your A game, you'll be rewarded for it.

      Cons

      It's an older company undergoing some major change, and there are some entrenched stakeholders. Sometimes operational needs take a back seat to velocity.
