      honestly one of the most unprofessional experiences of my career. Rather than trash the company just hear this, DO NOT WORK HERE, or any Eli Global Company. I say this with my full sincerity.

      Pros

      Free lunch, gym, decent paycheck. With the exception of mid to high level management everyone works hard. Hours are flexible.

      Cons

      Management corrupted, would rather let go of employees rather than properly coach them. Commission cuts, poor investments and decision making seems to be a theme here. Never know if you'll be next on the chopping block. It's all about the next dollar and the customers get the short end of the stick along with employees. A previous post mentioned "bad joke Thursdays" but this is yet to be seen by most and I suspect this was set up by the same individuals that are in the office for 10 to 12 hours a day but only actually work 4 of them, which also seems to be a theme with managers on the floor and the VP of sales... no idea what he does besides gossip and cheer when someone makes a sale.

      Pros

      There's a lot to like about this company. They've been through a rough stretch and had to make some tough decisions but for the most part AAPC is a good company that rewards hard work. I really don't understand some of the comments in the negative reviews, especially comments about religious discrimination...it's all in your head, dude! Pros: *Flexible office hours *Open PTO policy *Generous HSA contribution *High level of autonomy *Free lunch and soda fountain *Free coffee (see...they don't discriminate!)
