      Pros

      Free lunches. But the intent is to keep you in the office and work while you eat. Great membership and ICD training/auditing company. Good vision.

      Cons

      Newer software products don't perform as advertised. Still a money pit. Bad execution of a good vision. You may be hired today and gone tomorrow. They have a very short financial leash. They will hire a bunch of people one month only to lay them all off a few months later because their finances or misreading of the industry

      Pros

      great management team, not afraid of change, ambitious plans for the future, and free lunch doesn't hurt either.

      Cons

      With growth, comes pain; but we are managing through it. The best advice I can give is to hold on tight and go with it.
