Pros

Good benefits and pay; including a pension plan.

Cons

A LOT of micromanaging at the VP level (specifically in digital), lots of office politics and constant performance check-ins/quarterly reviews that seem completely unnecessary. Company does not support 100% remot work eventhough we managed it successfully for 2 years. Employees are required to come into the office 3 days a week for the sake of sitting in an empty office building; this company is NOT forward thinking - employees continue to leave the company in the masses. Zero "office culture" and low morale has been a constant theme for months.
