Pros

Worked with some really great people who I continue to stay in contact with. A noble mission with some really talented teams.

Cons

Out of fear of getting sued, they let mediocrity slide. Everyone knows who the "doers" are so they get burdened with having to take on more and more responsibility and have to over perform every time.

Pros

Great benefits, colleagues, work-life balance, challenging and rewarding

Cons

A lot of red tape, bureaucracy, executive and upper management extremely disconnected from the work that the average employee is doing. Its important to have a good manager otherwise I could see it being a miserable place.
