Pros

I’ve been here over a year now and see why people stay for a long time. Interesting work, flexibility, you have resources available to you to get things done.

Cons

It can be challenging working with other departments sometimes (there can be a sense of competition rather than a one team, one fight mentality). And if your boss isn’t a good boss, that can be really rough.
