NO WORK LIFE BALANCE. Hours are "fluid" meaning, you're legit Oliver Twist asking to go home everyday and they routinely say no and shame you. Mandatory 10hr shifts at minimum. There will never be a day when you are not at least working a 10. It's so busy that you will be foregoing your lunch and breaks just to be able to get home at a "decent time". If you bring up the fact that this is a toxic work place just based off of the structure of it, you are the bad guy and "this job just ain't for everyone." And that's true. It's a job for someone who has no options and really needs to be worked like a slave to get overtime pay. If that doesn't sound like you, RUN AWAY FROM THEIR JOB POSTINGS.
