Company turnover is atrocious, both for people leaving on their own due to the low pay and others being terminated. They claim that honesty and integrity are core values but do not use these when dealing with employees or customers.

Money is crap, undermining qualified tradesmen with their bad pay, and inexperienced management who are out of their depth, afraid to make decisions simply because they don't know what they're doing. The quality of the majority of the systems is atrocious, plenty of rework to be done, cheap materials, no tools. Asking you to travel but no opportunity to make money when working away. The atmosphere in the workshop was the worst I've seen. No one was happy and that all came down to the spineless management. Ive never seen such a turnover of staff in such a short space of time, the worst run company I've ever seen. Company is a joke and the sooner they go the better.
