Pros

Excellent product and rank and file employees are great. 401k plan isn’t bad and free coffee. You can see it’s not easy to find pros.

Cons

Senior leadership is arrogant, incompetent, and frankly terrible humans. They are condescending, set unrealistic goals and finds way of cheating employees. I would highly recommend anyone that has other options to not join this company.

Pros

There are none other than my coworkers.

Cons

Managements attitude torwards the workers on the floor have caused a horrendous atmosphere for all. Employees are made promises that are never kept. Pay is on the low end of the spectrum for the industry. Benefits have been reduced and the company’s once great reputation is now a joke.
