No work life balance, no cohesiveness within the company, directors and superiors have no knowledge of what talent acquisition should be doing, or the proper protocol. They don’t value their employees and underpay. Meanwhile, they will hire new employees at a higher pay rate. This is a toxic work environment and I highly recommend accepting another offer.

You may not make enough to live outside of your car. They offer insurance, but the deductible is almost more than you’ll make in a year if you add in your premiums. Our site did not have doctors in THE STATE that accepted our insurance. Also remember- your employer will never give you the consideration they expect. You are one of a faceless mass of people who are being hired as temporary employees and contractors so big names like Nike, the US government, Applied Materials, and Bank of America can sack you when they need to improve their labor costs for their stockholders and investors without having to deal with pesky HR.
