I think ABM is a very bad company to work for!
Pros
ABM in Warwick,RI is easy to find because it's near RI Route 295 South and is in the MetLife building which has a big sign out in front on the main road.Also the part-time hours are good for the disabled and retirees.
Cons
I worked at ABM for a little over a year and in that time I hardly ever heard the english language spoken which created a language barrier for me and when a fellow employee who mopped the ladies room floor forgot to put up a wet floor sign in which a customer of ABM fell on Tues.May 22nd 2018 I was also blamed for the incident because I didn't put up a sign after the incident happened even though I had my own job to do at the time which was vacuuming the carpet and also couldn't find any wet floor signs to put in the ladies room.As a result of this incident I received an employee corrective action notice on Thurs.May 24th 2018 in which I quit on Fri.May 25th 2018!
