Pros

Family oriented. If you're willing to learn and show initiative, you can go far. If you gain the trust of the leadership, you'll do great.

Cons

There's some distrust and gossip within leadership, so you never know what's the truth. Not everyone is focused on the good of the company, and instead focused on themselves. As with any small company, each employee is responsible for more than they'd be at fortune 500 company, so work can take you over sometimes. That being said, you get to see all aspects of the company providing you a holistic view of the project process. Lastly, the high turnover at this company leads to significant changes every 6 months or so.

Pros

Company cares for its quality employees. Family oriented. Best contractor I have worked for in a long long time.

Cons

The company has obviously grown very fast and obviously has some adjustments to make due to the rapid growth.

Pros

This is the type of company that a person should work at if they are desperate for income. If an employee gets out fast enough their reputation will probably not be ruined. If you are a beginning tech, this might do for a while.

Cons

Very minimal training provide, and that is majorly outdated, or woefully inaccurate. Any personal growth needs to be developed by the individual. Field tech's cannot even begin to keep track of office personnel, they come and go so fast. Six months seems to be the average time an office person is employed. Time sheets, and time tracking change every few months. If you are one of the chosen few, you will get paid over the union scale to stay, because that is the only way a good tech will stay.
