Pros
ABcom is in a major growth stage, which is a great sign of prosperity, future employment and personal advancement. This is my biggest interest in the company. If you are willing to work hard you will advance with ABcom. Gaining the trust of Managers and Executives is important in ABcom, however you will be noticed you if you produce quality work ( and if you do not produce quality work). Also, the company is really starting to show initiative in training and development of their key employees. Overall I am happy with my work and excited to see what the future holds. Most of the employees I have had communication with are great people with positive attitudes. If you show up every day with a good attitude and an encouraging outlook you will do well, plain and simple. Also, as with any workplace, don't let negative attitudes effect your work.
Cons
With growth comes being spread thin. This is a major concern because of the high levels of growth. It is unavoidable in a growing company but it isn't permanent, and communication with management is key to everyone's personal QWL (Quality Work Life). Nonetheless, expect to work hard and efficiently.
