Lots of opportunities to learn. Travel can take you to cool places.

Cons

Lot of first time people managers so not great if you are looking for support being successful. Recent layoffs and cost cutting initiatives have seriously hurt morale, trust in leadership. Knowledge gap seems to get worse with every departure. Consultants are stuck doing stuff like bill collecting because there company hasn’t invested in operations.

Pros

Great coworkers and half decent paid time off Pay seems decent before you take into consideration you have to work at least 50 hour weeks to keep up

Cons

Extremely long hours and no overtime pay since you are on salary Very stressful work environment, unrealistic amount of work is expected to be done Hard to even take a day off without returning and being swamped Honestly just not a great place to work

-Nice coworkers -PTO policy is nice

Cons

The amount of overtime compared to compensation was pretty bad. The new culture that was promoted seemed toxic as well.
