A staff of people who are dedicated to improving the lives of students here in Central Texas. An internal process that recognizes the value of individual initiative and encourages everyone to do their best. Consistent opportunities to interact with staff from other departments/disciplines. Focus on "outcome oriented" success rather than just "checking a box" and pushing a student along. Constant discussions and efforts designed to be more effective and successful in the process of educating and helping students.
Cons
Traffic between locations can be difficult. Many times, simply because of the proximity of one campus to another, there are opportunities for improved communication and marketing of events, accomplishments and staff achievements across a variety of departments.
