The staff is friendly, so friends are quickly made. The pay is better than the vast majority of PT jobs, and the work is easy. The office I worked at, (Campus Manager's Office) accepts most schedule change requests. I experienced many free food events and time to study on the job.

Cons

The bureaucratic system slows down any planned changes like recruiting staff or making repairs. The tasks I was given were mostly menial, but that's also how I got time to study on the job.
