Pros

Some locations and departments are well structured. Mine was not and that was unfortunate. Many wonderful people work across the college.

Cons

Micromanaging and an environment that promoted distrust and hostility. Lack of advancement opportunities. Hiring process is questionable at best.

They really care about their people. There are so many opportunities to move to different roles/departments/positions and learn new things. Faculty and staff really care about students. Great benefits and holidays.

Cons

Sometimes things can be slow-moving in such a large district.
