Pros

Close to home, starting pay is OK while a student. Staff is friendly. I hear benefits are good if you get hired full-time.

Cons

Rare advancement opportunities. You will feel "stuck." Too many department heads not enough employees.

Some Departments have no room for growth Company is growing faster then they can handle so a lot department issues are not fixed Low starting pay, but small raises every year

The benefits are great along with the time off. Working for students furthering their education is rewarding.

Cons

Poor salary structure with little to no way of being promoted. Raises are non-existent. Policies change frequently without warning. Policies change without consultation of those who perform the job duties.
