Pros

Great training! Flexible a schedules! No problems getting days off! Staff overall is pretty nice! Good vibe!

Cons

Lots of miss communication between scheduling, clients and B.I. When a client cancels at the door you get paid for 20 minutes... And there you are mid day with nothing to do for 2 hours. HUGE problem with breaks, there are none!!!! There is a huge lawsuit going on with this company regard no breaks. Min. Wage pay for drive time and training. Eatery client has a different supervisor, so you may have to chart/organize/ run programs 10 different ways to make each supervisor happy.

Flexible work schedule , most of the employees are very laid back, Get to help children, On the Job training

Cons

COMMUNICATION.. There is none between HR, Scheduling and the employees who work with the families.
