Besides the low pay and false promises. There always seems to be a lackadaisical attitude about everything. It takes sometimes weeks to get an answer to a problem regarding a payroll question, HR question, or even to get our server fixed.

Very low work-life balance. They expect 120 billable hours a month and that doesn't include all of the time spent answering emails and any other program development time outside of contracted time allotment. There are emails that get sent out after 7pm that require immediate responses and you are often required to work on Sundays. They care very little for clinically sound interventions and focus more on filling contracts, filling out paper work, and other administrative tasks. A lot of the job requirements take you away from focusing on the client's progress.
