      Pros

      The work Is 100% rewarding and highly educational. you have a major impact on children lives and their futures and that is something you can't weigh in monetary worth.

      Cons

      Despite having multiple avenues of communication open it is still lacking due to strict HIPPA standards. This means that satellite employees working at homes out of the main office have problems staying in contact and up to date with their supervisors.

      Pros

      Kids are fun, the experience and training help in real life situations, great co-workers, and management tries their best to help.

      Cons

      Communication is lacking, terrible hours and session timing, not nearly enough pay for the traveling, timekeeper app isn't very helpful. Families canceling literally last minute and you're stuck either driving back home without pay or at the office for two hours doing menial work.
