      Pros

      I have seen BIs move up into supervisor positions. I have been able build my career at ACES over the past 5+ year. If you work hard, it is recognized. Dedicated to the families and kids served which is what we are here for.

      Cons

      I've worked at 2 other companies, and with all the ABA companies I have worked with I have found that the work can be challenging but rewarding in the end.

      Pros

      At ACES, we have the wonderful opportunity to provide high quality services to families impacted with Autism and other developmental disabilities. There is really good training and on going training for staff, as well as great benefits. ACES has a strong and positive culture, and there is always PTs of on going support at every level. The facility is beautiful. The pay is great! Overall, it has been a really awesome place to work and grow.

      Cons

      The ABA services provided to clients must meet the insurance company guidelines. This is not an issue with ACES, but can sometimes be a hurtle when providing services.

      Pros

      ACES is an established autism services company. They've been around a long time and are not going anywhere. Their dedication to the mission is evident from the moment you step in to the office. Everyone is very professional, well trained and passionate about helping children with autism. It is a supportive environment for families and staff. The company culture and work space reminds me of Google. Unique and pleasing treatment spaces for kids and grown ups alike. Highly recommended!

      Cons

      There is no shortage of children with autism to serve so be prepared for a busy schedule!
