The company is in a growth mode which provides great opportunities for individuals that want a career in the lending field. They promote from within in addition to appreciating and recognizing hard working employees. Senior management, is very involved in day to day operations, but they do not micro- manage; just the right balance. Max and Lana are great leaders and truly care about the associates. There is a great work life balance and the company's energy is very positive. Great place to work and build your career!
