The Management Team is great. They truly value their employees and treat them well. Great culture and atmosphere. Great work life balance.

Cons

Only con I could think of is perhaps some more paid time-off. Right now its 80 hours PTO (2 weeks).

To be honest, I did not find anything bad while working there. My managment are really nice and we were like friends, they are so profesiional. I love working there.

Pros

As a new hire, the company certainly provides adequate support and escalation paths to keep you from blindly proceeding without direction. Staff and management have a hands-on approach and "open door" policy means just that. They are ready and willing to listen to concerns to smooth out processes and enrich the job satisfaction of the employee.

Cons

Growth spurts are a great problem to have.
