Pros

They like to eat in the office. You can expect company paid for meals every Friday. Sometimes you can go outside.

Cons

ADI offers a standard office environment. 8 hour work days are typical but the work load fluctuates and can be heavy depending on the season. Expect to work much longer days. What you learn at ADI is self taught, they lack training and experienced management. You will experience a lot of negative corporate work culture: office gossip, poor internal communication, micromanagement, hyper-competition, bad habits, strictly focused on profit, low office engagement and lack of empathy, and lack of office discipline - problems are not addressed and rules are not adhered to. There really are no core values for this company which lets the employees run amuck.

Pros

Great health insurance, but pricey.

Cons

This place is literally run by a family. So, if you're not part of that family, or in good with them, you'll never succeed. Also, the family is not shy to hide that they're die-hard Trump supports, and that they "hate fat people". All of the "pros" you see on this website, are mostly true - however, they're there to hide how crooked this company is, how underpaid and underappreciated their employees are, and how they can't effectively keep their office staffed. Employees will leave and never be replaced, leaving important positions such as HR, unfilled! Harassment, favoritism, and honestly blatant racism go on on a daily basis, but the perpetrators are part of the "in crowd" or "family", so they never get reprimanded. Bonuses are not consistent - sometimes you get them, sometimes you don't - with no word from management on if you can expect it or not. Just keep looking for a different job, I promise it's worth it.
