There aren't any pros to talk bout regarding this company.

Cons

This company has a negative work culture. Employees are averse to management because most managers are unpleasant to talk to. Most of the managers are ill-mannered toward the employees for no reason, and the work environment is toxic because of this. I don't find my work here to be meaningful.

Because you'll be living there, the facility includes a game room, a gym, and showers.

Cons

Working long hours is killing me! I've never felt so exhausted in my life, and management is doing nothing to help! Employees make complaints, but managers have only made us work harder and harder; yet are punished, not rewarded! People will continue to leave, the people who stay will continue to be buried with work and management will not compensate them for it.

Pros

Culture can be fun and if manageent likes you, you're set for life. A lot of the people there are great to work with and you can make some goods friends.

Cons

My biggest complaint is also something I've noticed they haven't really been addressing in their responses to some of the other revuews which is very concerning. It seemed like there was a lot of favoritism and nepotism based solely on who you were friends with or who your family was and not on your actual work. Pay and benefits are below average and there appears to be frequest discrimination. I could go on, but I'm just done with this place.
