      It's a lot more TERRIBLE"

      Pros

      There's a game room, gym, and showers within the facility because you'll basically be living there.

      Cons

      The long hours at work is killing me! I've never felt so exhausted in my life, and management doesn't do anything about it! Employees have been complaining, but managers only make us work more! They even add to the stress that we feel daily and that's a lot more TERRIBLE.

      Pros

      Without thinking about the horrible management and people around here, some of the pros were the adequate training and flexible work-life balance.

      Cons

      It was the most stressful time of my career! Working with a bunch of terrible, unprofessional, and arrogant human beings was too much! All I got here was stress and exhaustion both physically and mentally.

      Pros

      ADI is a true honest GC! They do quality work, are good to their employees, and have long lasting relationships with their clients. They will go out of their way to get the work done! It was an honor working for them! They were VERY supportive during hard times and I will forever be thankful to them. If you are looking for a stable and honest place to work, this IS the place to be!

      Cons

      Needed some training changes that they are already working on so... no Cons to add.
