Loved it, but laid-off

Good pay, not a micromanagement environment, flexible work hours, ability to work from home, severance package with layoff

Cons

Industry took a hit with COVID-19 and was laid off, did not receive bonuses/commissions no matter how many hires made, can switch you from one client account to the next at the drop of a dime
