Pros

While meeting required touch points/processes, you have autonomy to make sure your clients are happy and will stay. You have a lot of flexibility in your travel, calendar/meetings, and free time; working from home is the icing on the cake. Excellent culture for recognition and employee engagement, taking pulses continuously. Performance review is based on weekly touch points, which is far better than once a year documentation from managers.

Cons

As with any company, some managers are better suited than others to each employee. Most managers seem to be of the same, positive culture and the bad ones seem to be weeded out sooner or later.
