On-site doctor, gym, café/grille with cooks/salad bar, on-site bistro, casual dress code, standing-desks (which electronically raise/lower), privacy rooms (e.g. for new moms who need to breast pump milk), work from home opportunity (depending on your position), beautiful surroundings (including lake and walkways), great tech support, strong IT and physical security, parking garages with vehicle charging spots, friendly co-workers, good management, training/certification opportunities, strong values, LGBTQ friendly, socially conscious, volunteer opportunities, donation matching programs, excellent benefits (and transparent!), big company with room for growth. I know that a lot has to do with who you have as your supervisor/manager and what kind of role you have, but I have experienced and heard great things regarding work-life balance. They even offer unlimited sick time for exempt employees (though I would assume they would just work from home on their sick day).

I love the learning provided by ADP. All the AIRS certifications available, the ability to use tuition reimbursement to prep for any other Certification I may want to obtain. The diversity and the great managers I currently have. Love the flexibility I have with my schedule.
