I was an employee of The Right Thing when it was acquired by ADP. We had great benes at TRT so I was concerned about how the transition would affect them. ADP didn’t a decent job of keeping us mostly whole. The world of RPO is tough, but I had great leaders, and great benefits and a lot of flexibility.

Cons

ADP is a huge company and that often comes with a great deal of red tape.

Could use better transparency on things. However, this is something they have actively been working on and is understandable hard for a company this size.
