Pros

The group/team culture is nice, especially during the training period. Pay was on time.

Cons

Like headline says, the sign-on bonus had to be fought for. Inconsistent schedules - sometimes during the day, other times graveyard, etc.

I was laid off after 2 1/2 years by a phone call ten minutes before my shift started.
