I would recommend management to put their hands in many latest technologies. Seems like they are more concerned about security (well they have to be)

Pros

work life balance because if you don't try hard you will not get much work.

Cons

No job satisfaction as I don't get to do what I recruited for . Too many politics among employees specially indian employees trying hard to get impression before managers and hence spoiling the work environment by doing more work (12-15 hours a day)than required for sprint/ . most of the times developers end up doing QA work. so technology wise its hard to climb up with work .
