Job Security. Business is kind of recession-proof. Pay is OK if you are on the right project. Great benefits and work-life balance.

Cons

Even thought the company is trying to adapt to the new times, the old corporate culture is still very much there. Politics is also an issue most of the time. Career gGrowth depends a lot on your manager and how strong your internal network is.
