There’s a lot of new development going on and quite challenging work as well. Opportunity to grow and manager is supportive as well.

Cons

team may not always have good developers so it becomes difficult to deliver on time. Most view this as 9-5 job and do the bare minimum needed.

401k match slacking lots of new stuff to learn or implement

Cons

growth. you work hard your managers get bonus and benefits. no bonuses for developers unless you are PAD micro management system. lots of product owners scurm masters managers and archtects. left and right move you. managers basic great skill is push you hard. hope alexa will do that one day
